About Us
Simona Spark, founder of Spark Transformation is a Relationship Coach and a proud mother of a gay teenager. At Spark Transformation Simona works with LGBTQ individuals and couples to help them understand and embrace their identities and integrate them in their lives so they can develop flourishing relationships with their friends and families.
How you help children
You want the best for your children. However, support isn’t always easy, especially if you are the parent of a LGBTQ child. As a mother of a gay teenager, Simona understands what you are feeling and as a certified Mastery Coach she has the tools to help you navigate concerns or questions like:
- I think my child is gay.
- I think my child is transgender.
- Is this a phase?
- Why is my child telling me/not telling me that he is LGBTQ?
- What to do?
- My culture/religion is not inclusive.
- How to support my child’s friend that is gay?
- What’s the difference between sex and gender?
- What will everyone think?
Each coaching session is unique, each client (child or parent) has a unique experience. Every coaching program is crafted to deliver a custom-made system with specific steps to understand and integrate the new identity in your being. We’ll work around shame, body image, gender identity, confidence, communication, authenticity.
Individual and group support for children includes: am I LGBTQ?, gender identity, coming out, a healthy mind, physical wellbeing, acceptance and relationships.
Physical environment
Sessions are held via internet or phone, so you get to be in the comfort of your own home. You get to choose how to opt in: video and audio or just audio. Also checkout website for upcoming workshops: virtual or live http://simonaspark.com/events/ by selecting “workshop”.
Atmosphere
Simona feels that if she gets to share one thing that she has learned over the past decade, it is that all her challenges were her greatest gifts. And that’s the foundation of her coaching practice.
