We ask them to specifically agree:

1. You have read, understood and accepted the Terms of Trade
2. The information provided by you in this Agreement is true and correct
3. The services you have requested will be used primarily for business purposes
4. You are, or have the authority to contract on behalf of, the person listed

Each service provider has also agreed to this declaration

I solemnly and sincerely declare that:

1. Complies with the required standards of professionalism set by the industry and/or any regulatory authority and/or relevant legislation in which the customer practices
2. Can verify any qualifications, experience claimed, and/or testimonials referred to
3. Confirms that any person who may come into contact with children or young people has no criminal history that would, in the opinion of the general public, make that person unsuitable to work with children or young people
4. Shall at all times exercise responsible care to do good and reduce the risk of harm to others
